Jericho Canyon Vineyard
2006 RESERVE Cabernet Sauvignon
With only 85 cases produced, this truly is a reserve wine. Accentuating the best our vineyard has to offer, we carefully selected from the most promising lots of the vintage and vinified this wine with particular care, including fermenting in 500L French oak puncheons and giving the juice extended skin contact. The aromas show deep and intense notes of blueberry extract, sweet tobacco leaf, jasmine, and vanilla. The velvety entry seamlessly flows across the palate revealing a rich, pure, and delicious wine that pleases from start to finish.

Jericho Canyon Vineyard
2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine bursts with fruit expressions of plum, blackberry, and blueberry liqueur. The floral and spice notes are equally impressive, showing cinnamon stick and nutmeg which blend beautifully with its fresh violet aroma. A silky entry gives way to a plush and full mouthfeel. With its ripe, integrated tannins, the wine maintains a presence on the palate even after its supple finish.

This wine reflects the power and intensity of its hillside origins. Wild berry and currants are layered with hints of truffle, anise, dried herbs, licorice, and tapénade. With its fleshy rich core and ripe tannins, this Cabernet is a beauty!

Jericho Canyon Vineyard
2008 Sauvignon Blanc (SOLD OUT)
This is our second vintage of Sauvignon Blanc and we couldn't be happier. It's a fun varietal to make. The grapes are whole cluster pressed then fermented with cultured and native yeasts in a mix of stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels. The wine is then aged sur lies and stirred routinely to enhance a long, rich, and complex palate. JERICHO CANYON VINEYARD'S 2008 Sauvignon Blanc has appealing aromas of honeydew melon, kiwi, pineapple juice, and a charming minerality. With its ripe rich flavors, plush juicy core, and a vibrant fresh finish, this wine is a perfect companion to those summer barbeque's with friends.
Cheers!!
